Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of EVE, operated by Alkemyst Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 202501003238). By creating an account or using EVE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use EVE.
Not medical advice
EVE is a parenting-support and memory tool. It provides observations, organization, and gentle guidance — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its AI features (Ask Eve, DiaperScan, CrySense, report explanations, guided checks) are supportive, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must never replace the judgment of a qualified health professional. Always consult a professional for medical concerns. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Your account
You must be an adult to hold an account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You may only enter information about a child you are the parent/guardian of, or have authority to record for.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add (records, notes, photos, audio). You grant EVE the limited licence needed to store and process that content to provide the service — including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share it.
Subscriptions & billing
EVE offers a free tier and paid plans (Plus, Family). Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Current plans are EVE Plus (US$9/month) and EVE Family (US$15/month), and prices are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. You can cancel anytime; your plan then stays active until the end of the paid period, and we do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse EVE — no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, no uploading of content you have no right to share, and no use of the AI features to make clinical decisions in place of a professional.
Availability & changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may revise these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use means you accept them.
Disclaimers & liability
EVE is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, EVE and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for reliance on AI-generated observations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account & data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
